The diary

Night 3

Home at 08:10. The street is loud with school runs. Blinds down, earplugs in, asleep by 08:40. Woke at 11:20 to a delivery and never really went back.

Night 11

First night with the phone in the kitchen. I thought I would miss a call. I did not miss anything. Slept until 14:05 in one go for the first time this month.

Night 24

Day off. Tried to sleep at 23:00 like a normal person and lay awake until three. The ring says I got four hours. It felt like two.
