A small institute for the other third of the day.
We are an independent, non-profit sleep research group of four people. We publish one large study a year and give the data away.
We measure how real people sleep, then write it so anyone can use it.

Stillhour started in 2023 as a two-person project inside a sleep clinic. Every year we pick one question, recruit volunteers, measure them for a month and publish everything: the report, the diaries and the data.
We take no money from mattress, supplement or app companies. Our partners fund the ring hardware and the field work; none of them see the findings before publication.
