Yes. Our partners fund the study so the report and the data can be free. We ask for an email only so we can tell you when new chapters land.
One row per sleeper: id, group, a short role label, age, median bedtime, median hours asleep and whether a phone stayed within reach. 1,412 rows, 7 columns, UTF-8.
